Not a course you'll abandon in week three. Not a Slack channel that goes quiet. Every class runs twice a day — 10am and 6pm Mountain — so a job, a shift or a school run doesn't cost you the room.
From $9/month · Ten live sessions a week · Cancel any time · Six months included with the build
A website doesn't call anybody. A CRM doesn't close anything. Plenty of people have a beautiful setup and no revenue — the systems were never the hard part.
The hard part is doing the work on the Tuesday when nobody is watching, and having somewhere to take the problem you can't solve alone. That's what this is for.
Same session, same content, two start times. Come to whichever one fits your week — and if a Tuesday works better in the morning and a Thursday works better at night, that's fine too.
Monday to Friday
Monday to Friday — same class as the morning
VIP hot seat only
What moved last week, what didn't, what stopped you, and what you're committing to over the next seven days. This is the one that catches you on the morning you feel behind and want to disappear — which is exactly the morning most people quit.

Your stack, your automations, and the AI tools that let one person operate like four. Practical and specific — we build things on screen rather than talk about them.
Included withPremiumVIP
Bring the problem you're actually stuck on. We solve it live, in front of everyone. No slides, no agenda, no prepared answers. This is the session members say they'd miss most.
Included withStandardPremiumVIP
Not a lecture about cold calling. We dial. You dial. We coach you through it in real time and debrief afterwards. You leave having made calls, not having watched someone talk about making them.

Government contracting — registration, codes, capability statements, real solicitations. Colorado Springs has five military installations and most local businesses never bid. More on the Federal Track →
Included withPremiumVIP
Three businesses per session, roughly twenty-five minutes each, in front of the other VIP members. Your numbers, your offer, your bottleneck — examined properly rather than in a five-minute aside. With twenty seats and three chairs a week, your turn comes around about every seven weeks, and you learn as much from the other two as from your own.
Included withVIP only
Why Standard gets Monday and Wednesday. Those are the days that keep you moving — the weekly reset and the open problem-solving hour. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are the skill days: your systems, your sales calls, your federal registration. Those are the ones that change what your business can do, and they start at Premium.
Standard gets you two live days a week. Premium opens all five. VIP adds the Saturday hot seat and my time directly.
or $90/year — two months free
Two live days a week, plus the community and the library.
or $490/year — two months free
All five days, both time slots. This is the one most people want.
or $1,290/year — two months free
Direct access. For businesses where the decisions are getting expensive.
20 seats · capped
Join VIPVIP is capped at twenty seats, and that isn't a marketing device. Three hot seats a week is sixty chairs over twenty weeks. Add twenty private sessions a month on top of ten live classes a week and the build work, and twenty is what actually fits. Sell the twenty-first and the hot seat rotation stretches for everyone already in it. When it's full there's a waitlist — and the price of the seat is not what decides whether you get one.
All tiers are billed through Skool. Cancel from your account at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are billed once and renew annually; see the refund policy for how mid-term cancellation is handled.
Different buyer, different work, its own price. You do not need a membership tier to be on it, and it is not an upgrade to one.
Colorado Springs has five military installations, a Space Force acquisition office relocating in, and more than 52,000 veterans. Most local businesses never bid on a single contract — usually because nobody showed them the registration path.
Why this costs more than VIP. Because it is a different service to a different buyer, not a bigger version of the membership. Federal contracting work is specialist, the compliance surface is real, and the contracts it prepares you to bid on are not $9-a-month decisions. If you are not seriously pursuing government work, stay on Premium and get Federal Friday as part of the room.
Every Business Launch Program client gets six months at the Premium tier at no additional cost — all five days, both time slots. Not a trial, not a discounted rate. Included.
At the end of six months you decide. Continue at Premium, move up, drop to Standard, or leave with everything we built for you. There is no automatic renewal into a paid plan you did not choose, and nothing to cancel if you would rather not continue.
If you're on the milestone guarantee, those six months are also when the attendance requirement runs — at least 60 cumulative minutes of live class attendance in each of 26 weeks. Morning or evening, any day your tier includes — it all counts toward the same 60 minutes. Your dashboard shows your count at all times. Full conditions →
Because the community and the written material cost me almost nothing to give you, and I would rather have you in the room reading than outside it wondering. The live sessions are the expensive part, and those start at Premium.
There isn't one. Annual is twelve months for the price of ten, billed once. You are prepaying, which is a real commitment — if you are not sure yet, take the monthly and switch later.
From your account, in two clicks, effective at the end of the current billing period. No phone call, no retention offer, no form to fill in. We'd rather you leave easily and come back later than feel trapped now.
Everything is recorded. But be honest with yourself — people who only watch recordings tend to drift, and the sessions that help most are the ones you can't get from a video. Between 10am and 6pm, five days a week, there are ten chances a week to be in the room. If none of them fit, this may not be worth your money.
Every weekday class runs twice — 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Mountain Time. Same content both times. The Saturday hot seat is 4:00 PM Mountain, VIP only. You don't book a slot or commit to one; turn up to whichever works that week.
Because most people starting a business still have a job. A single daytime class quietly excludes the exact person this is built for. The evening session exists so that a shift, a commute or a school pickup doesn't cost you the week.
Monday is the weekly reset and Wednesday is open problem-solving — the two days that keep you moving. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are the skill days: systems and automation, live cold calling, federal contracting. Those change what your business can actually do, and they're what you're paying for at Premium.
Three businesses go in the chair each Saturday. With twenty VIP seats that's your turn roughly every seven weeks. You're welcome at every session either way — watching someone else get taken apart is most of the value, and it's the part people underestimate.
Up any time. Down at the end of a billing period. VIP depends on a seat being free.
No. Federal Friday — the weekly live session — is included from Premium up. The Federal Track is the deeper programme: registration support, code selection, capability statement, set-aside assessment and solicitation work. It is priced and sold on its own.
No. The build is for people starting out, but the room has people at very different stages — and that's part of why it works. Someone two years ahead of you answering your question is often more useful than I am.
Yes. Any tier, any time, no build required.
I don't know, and neither does anyone selling you something similar. What I can tell you is what happens in the room each week, who's in it, and that you can leave whenever you want.
Book a short call. Tell me where the business is. I'll tell you whether the room would actually help — and if it wouldn't, I'll say so.
