Below is everything included, and — just as important — everything that isn't. We'd rather you know the edges of the work before you buy than discover them in week two.
We prepare and file IRS Form SS-4 using the information you supply, and deliver your EIN confirmation letter. If the filing is rejected for a correctable error, we refile once at no charge.
Not included: tax advice of any kind, tax classification elections such as S-corp, ITIN or foreign-owner filings. You are the responsible party on the application.
Formation documents prepared and filed in one state, for the entity type you select. Registered agent coordination. A written list of the licenses and permits that appear to apply to your business and jurisdiction, plus up to two local registrations filed on your behalf.
Not included: choosing your entity type or advising on it — that's your decision, made in writing, and we file what you choose. Also excluded: operating agreements, bylaws, resolutions, multi-state qualification, professional or specialty licensing, annual reports, and government filing fees, which you pay directly at cost.
Profile created and claimed. Name, address, phone, hours, service area, categories, description, services list and your photos. Submitted for verification, with up to three follow-up attempts if Google stalls.
Not included: any guarantee of verification or its timing — Google controls both and it can take up to three weeks. Also excluded: ongoing posting, review management, and reinstatement of suspended profiles.
Up to ten pages, mobile responsive, with a contact form that delivers to your inbox and creates a CRM record. Basic on-page SEO, domain connection and SSL, and integration with the booking, payment and CRM systems we build here. Two rounds of revisions.
Not included: custom design or animation, e-commerce catalogs, member portals, calculators, photography, and copywriting beyond light editing of what you supply. Pages 11–25 are available at $75 each.
Two initial concepts, two rounds of revisions on the one you choose. Final files in every format you'll need — primary, horizontal and stacked marks, PNG, SVG and PDF, full-colour, single-colour and reversed. Plus a colour palette, typography selection and a one-page usage guide.
Not included: unlimited concepts or revisions, custom illustration, trademark search or clearance, and packaging, signage or apparel design. You are responsible for confirming your name and mark are available to use.
A complete application prepared and submitted, business profile and bank connection configured, checkout or payment links connected to your site and booking system, and one live test transaction end to end.
Not included: approval. The processor underwrites the application, not us, and some business types are declined. If the first declines we submit one alternative. Also excluded: rate negotiation, chargeback management and PCI certification.
Account and business configuration, up to five service types with durations and pricing, availability rules, buffers and lead times, confirmation and reminder templates, calendar sync, website embed, payment connection, and one test booking.
Not included: multi-staff or multi-location routing, custom intake forms beyond the platform standard, class or resource scheduling, and ongoing schedule management.
One sales pipeline with up to six stages built around how you actually sell. Standard contact fields, lead capture wired to your website forms, up to three automations, one email template, import of up to 500 existing contacts, and a recorded training walkthrough.
Not included: custom objects or reporting dashboards, complex multi-branch automation, lead scoring, data cleaning or de-duplication of your existing list, and ongoing administration.
Payroll platform account created, company profile and EIN connected, state tax accounts linked, pay schedule set, up to five employees or contractors configured using your classifications, direct deposit enabled, and a recorded walkthrough of running a cycle.
Not included: running your payroll, worker classification advice — that determination is yours — registration for state withholding or unemployment accounts, payroll tax filing or remittance, and benefits or workers' comp administration.
QuickBooks Online account and company profile, a chart of accounts from an industry-appropriate template, up to three bank or card feeds connected, payment processor sync, a branded invoice template, sales tax configuration where applicable, up to 20 products or services, and a recorded walkthrough.
Not included: bookkeeping, transaction categorisation, reconciliation, cleanup of historical data, financial statements, and tax preparation or advice of any kind. We set up the software. Engage a CPA for the rest.
Not a vague "a few weeks." A dated sequence you can hold us to.
What pauses the clock. If we've asked you for materials and haven't received them within 14 days, the timeline pauses and resumes — it doesn't restart — when they arrive. Google verification, processor approval and government filing turnaround also sit outside the window, because they belong to third parties.
The complete build + six months of Premium membership in the room
Government filing fees, domain registration and third-party software subscriptions are paid by you directly, at cost. Our fee covers the work. Nothing is marked up.
All ten components live and operational within 15 business days of kickoff. If we're late, you get $500 back. More than 10 business days late, the entire build is free and you keep everything finished to that point.
Meet the participation requirements below, and if you haven't reached the milestones in your signed plan at the end of six months, we refund your program fee in full.

Show up to the kickoff call, choose your entity type, and send us your content and photos within fourteen days. That's genuinely it. Everything else is on us.
We'll identify what appears to apply and file up to two local registrations. Professional, occupational, contractor and specialty licensing sits outside the package — those often require exams or bonding we can't complete for you.
Yes, at $150 an hour on an estimate we agree first. The $2,500 price assumes our standard platforms — that's what lets us move this fast. Non-standard tools mean learning a new system on your clock.
We submit one alternative at no extra cost. Beyond that it's out of scope. Tell us upfront if a processor has closed or declined an account of yours before — hiding it guarantees a decline later, and it changes which processor we approach first.
Yes. Website, brand files, accounts and data all transfer to you on final payment. You keep every bit of it even if you later claim a refund.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We guarantee our delivery on a deadline and the plan we build with you. What happens after depends on your market, your pricing and your effort.
Neither. We prepare and file documents from the information and choices you give us, and we configure your accounting and payroll software. We don't give legal, tax or accounting advice, we don't pick your entity type, and we don't do your books. We'll refer you to people who do.
You're in the room at the Premium tier for six months at no extra charge — all five days, ten live sessions a week, morning or evening. After that you can stay at Premium, move up to VIP, drop to Standard at $9, or leave with everything we built.
