Book a consultation

Twenty minutes. No pitch you can't leave.

Tell me what you're building and where you're stuck. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help — and if I can't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

What happens

How the call actually goes.

No slide deck, no countdown timer, no "this price expires tonight." Here is the whole shape of it.

First~5 min
You tell me what the business is or would be, who buys it, and what's actually stopping you. I mostly listen.
Then~10 min
I ask about the parts that decide whether this works — your market, your pricing, what you've already built, and how much time you can genuinely give it each week.
Last~5 min
I tell you what I'd do. That includes whether you qualify for the milestone guarantee, and what it would cost.
The call ends one of three ways
This is a fit, and you qualify for the milestone guaranteeWe book a kickoff and write your plan together. Your fifteen days start at kickoff, not at payment.
This is a fit, but the guarantee doesn't applyI'll tell you exactly why. You can still do the build without it, or not. Either is fine.
You shouldn't spend this money right nowIt happens, it isn't a negotiating tactic, and I'll tell you what I'd do instead. Sometimes that's "go get three customers first and come back."

You will not be sold to twice. If you say no, or say nothing, that's the end of it — no sequence of increasingly urgent emails, no second call from someone else. If you want to come back in six months, you can.

Before we talk

What to have ready.

None of it is mandatory. All of it makes the twenty minutes worth more.

Helpful, not required
What you sell, in one sentenceIf you can't say it yet, that's a useful thing to find out on the call.
Who buys itEven roughly. "Homeowners in Colorado Springs" is enough to start.
What you already haveAn entity, an EIN, a logo, a website, a customer or two. If you have some of the ten pieces, say so — it changes what makes sense.
How many hours a week you can give thisThe honest number, not the aspirational one. It's the single biggest predictor of what happens next.
Anything that's gone wrong beforeA declined merchant account, a dissolved entity, a partnership that ended badly. Telling me early changes the plan. Telling me late costs you time.

Questions

About the call itself.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, and there's no version where it turns into a fee. I'd rather spend twenty minutes finding out we're not a fit than take money from someone I can't help.

Will you try to sell me on the call?

I'll tell you what the program costs and whether I think it fits, because that's what you booked the call to find out. What I won't do is pressure you, invent a deadline, or offer a discount if you decide right now. Those tactics exist because the underlying offer isn't good enough.

What if I'm not ready to start for a few months?

Book anyway. Knowing what the fifteen days require, and what you'd want ready beforehand, is worth more to you now than later.

Do I need a business already?

No. Plenty of people book this with nothing but an idea and a job they'd like to leave. What I do need is a reasonably clear sense of what you'd sell.

Can we meet in person?

If you're in Colorado Springs, sometimes. Mention it when you book and I'll tell you whether the week allows for it. Everything works fine over video either way.

What happens to my information?

It's used to prepare for and follow up on your consultation. It isn't sold, and it isn't handed to anyone else. See the privacy policy for the full version.

Twenty minutes is all it takes to find out.

Worst case, you leave with an honest read on your idea from someone who has no reason to flatter you.
